One of my new year’s wishes was to translate my culinary blog to another language… I have to confess I was hesitating between english and dutch, but even if my english is not really fluent, my dutch is really problematic!
I’ll not begin to make jellies because I’m also writing in english!
So, my wish with this multilingual blog is to share my view of gastronomy and wine with people from other parts of the world and I would like to have interactions with other food bloggers. I like how American and English people see gastronomy and wine, without the blinkers we often have with french Cuisine.
I will translate my best old receipes, all my winemakers and craftmen reviews and write new ones in both languages.
Feel free to leave any comment you want about my articles…. and please forgive me for the poor english I have!
